From Blight to Bright
Urban Revitalization • Community Partner • Property Maintenance
What TPS Does
TPS transforms neglected areas and abandoned properties into safe, welcoming spaces while providing meaningful, supervised work that strengthens communities and delivers visible results. We clear overgrowth, remove debris, repair fences, install fresh landscaping, and maintain outdoor spaces so neighborhoods stay cleaner, safer, and more inviting long after our crews leave.
Every project is handled with attention to detail, consistent communication, and a respect for the people who live and work nearby. From single lots to multi-property corridors, we bring the same reliable standard of care — WHERE THE LITTLE THINGS MATTER.
Our crews arrive prepared, work efficiently, and document progress so partners and neighbors can follow each transformation. We follow through on every commitment, share updates along the way, and leave every site better than we found it.
